During the process of planning for the April 18th Special Meeting some new information from BanderSmith was received by the Board regarding the repairs to the standpipe/primary spillway. As a result of this new information, the Board has elected to suspend the vote for the special assessment and cancel the Wednesday meeting.

A Special Meeting to be held at 7pm on April 18, 2018 at V.L. Murray
Elementary School cafeteria.
As explained in the attached, the purpose of this special meeting is
to discuss and vote on a Special Assessment to fund some needed capital
repairs and improvements.
Please plan to attend the meeting. If you are unable to, it is
imperative that you assign your proxy to ensure that your voice is heard.
