A Special Meeting to be held at 7pm on April 18, 2018 at V.L. Murray
Elementary School cafeteria.
As explained in the attached, the purpose of this special meeting is
to discuss and vote on a Special Assessment to fund some needed capital
repairs and improvements.
Please plan to attend the meeting. If you are unable to, it is
imperative that you assign your proxy to ensure that your voice is heard.

Dear fellow Peacock Hill Residents,
Just to keep us all on the same page, there is no plan to build a
boat dock on the Lake. As I stated in numerous communications, the
particulars of the lake enhancement project are not defined. The
Board will actively seek input from the community before a plan is
finalized.
